This dry, full-bodied red wine is a balanced fusion of dark-red berry and chocolate flavours with a soft mouth-feel and juicy, lingering finish.

RED BLEND - Our flagship Bordeaux blend is set to be a classic. All the wines were made separately and matured in new French oak barrels for 23 months. Then the blend was made up and left in a tank for a month (to marry) before being bottled and matured for five months prior to release. 46% cabernet sauvignon, 25% merlot, 14% cabernet franc, 10% petit Verdot, and 5% malbec

Pinotage. A firm, smooth tannin structure gives depth and definition to the black-fruited core. Rich aromas of dark cherry chocolate and spiced plum compote, invoking sweet forest brambles and damp undergrowth.

CABENET SAUVIGNON Rich, dark berry fruit at its core and a savoury edge of wild herbs, graphite and cedarwood shavings. Beautifully balanced and stylish with classic cultivar expression; the savory finish is long and satisfying.

Hand-harvested at night to ensure cool temperatures, we cold soak the berries to draw color and develop flavors while elevating structure. Fermented in open-top stainless steel tanks, then aged in French oak barrels, 50% new, for 16 months, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Showing dark, almost opaque edges with gorgeous notes of blackberry fruit, sage, black olive and shaved cocoa. The mouthfeel has a decadent richness and textural quality with a long and delicious finish. Both dense and flecked with acidity, the wine shows equal parts power and grace.

A bold, structured red wine with rich dark fruit flavors, subtle oak nuances, and a smooth, full-bodied finish. The wine is known for its deep ruby/purple color, complex aromas, and polished texture. It's crafted using hand-harvested grapes from Paso Robles, known for its ideal combination of soil and climate for Cabernet Sauvignon.

Black Girl Magic Sparkling Brut is a wine that is a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grapes. It is described as having a refreshing, aromatic quality with a balance of tart bubbles and fruit.

Vibrant mousse with attractive tropical fruit flavors lifted by the bubbles; light and joyful with crisp green apple and citrus adding zest to the palate; well balanced with a clean finish inviting the next sip.

Pet Nat -Adelaide Hills, Australia. This lightly bubbly has an aromatic nose of exotic flowers and musk, pithy grapefruit, fermenting muntries (a native pink orchard fruit), blood orange and citrus blossom. On the palate there it is a summery mixed fruit salad experience that is light and refreshing, yet with a dry textured finish and an undercurrent of fierce acidity.
